Mark Freeman -

Strength and Conditioning

I am Mark Freeman, an elite international gymnast, performer and coach from Manchester, England. From the age of 9 I became involved in the world of gymnastics. By the age of 12 I had made the Great Britain Junior National team where I remained until I graduated to the senior ranks, picking up numerous National titles and awards along the way.

In 2002  at the European Championships in Patras, Greece, I became the first ever British gymnast to win a major international competition becoming the Junior European champion on the Still Rings, making gymnastics history.

After this I made the transition in to senior international gymnastics, representing Great Britain in various international competitions all over the world including the 2002 and 2003 World Championships.

In 2004 I received a full scholarship to attend the University of California, Berkeley, where I competed for the division 1 men’s gymnastics team at numerous NCAA championships. I also coached the recreation club team for level 9 and 10 gymnasts. In 2008 I graduated from UC Berkeley receiving my Bachelors degree in Sociology.

After University I left the gymnastics world to continue my journey in a new arena, performing for the internationally recognized Cirque du Soleil. I participated in the creation of the 2010 touring production, Totem. During this time I received training in various types of dance, acting and improvisation. I was also intricately involved in the creation of the opening act of the show, creating the acrobatic vocabulary and having active input in other aspects of the show.

In April 2010 Cirque du Soleil premiered its 2010 production on its world tour. I toured and performed with Totem for nearly 5 years.

In 2014 I finished performing for Cirque du Soleil to pursue another aspiration.

I wanted to use my 20 years of experience and knowledge to help other athletes achieve success in their own personal endeavors. This is why I created Freeman Technique LLC.

Meagan Temple -

INSANITY / Cardio Jam

Meagan is a lawyer by trade, who has always had an interest in health, fitness and nutrition.  She taught group fitness in college and was a physical training leader for her office while on active duty in the United States Air Force.  She left the Air Force in December 2008 and returned to Pittsburgh to begin her law practice, which focuses on criminal defense.  She currently resides in Bentleyville, Pennsylvania with her dog, cat and two horses.

In 2010, Meagan turned to P90X® in an attempt to get fit and lose weight.  Over the course of the 90-day program, she lost 20 pounds!  Upon completion of the program and then subsequently training for and running a half marathon, she looked to INSANITY® for a new fitness challenge.  Despite having just completed a half marathon and being in incredible cardiovascular condition, her first week of INSANITY® left her almost unable to sit down!  Thus, she discovered her soul mate workout.

In 2013, Beachbody and INSANITY® adapted the popular at-home fitness program to a group fitness format and began certifying instructors.  The certification was created and approved by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  The first and only certification in Pittsburgh, to-date, was May 18, 2013.

Meagan is thrilled to bring this intense workout program to Fullbody Fitness!  The class offers modifications for all fitness levels, but will leave you dripping no matter what.  If you’re ready to take your fitness to the next level, check out INSANITY® and get ready to DIG. DEEPER.
