Tammi K. Hanak
Tammi spends her days as a speech-language pathologist in the public schools working with students in kindergarten through third grade, where her students will find her singing and dancing her way through the building daily! Always an avid fan of dance and musical theater, she started lessons in Ballroom and Latin dancing in 2001 in order to indulge her love of performing for others. Along with years of social dancing in Pittsburgh, she has competed as an amateur ballroom dancer in the International Standard and Latin divisions, and currently dances with a professional partner, specializing in American Rhythm and Smooth styles in the area of show dance.
While on hiatus from competition, she started taking Pole Fitness classes in 2007, and instantly recognized that pole fitness was a way to integrate the beauty and fluidity of many dance styles with the physical strength and endurance required of aerial pole exercise skills. Becoming an instructor in 2008, it is her desire to have every woman recognize through her pole fitness classes that they already possess the beauty, power, and sensuality needed to be one glamorous and confident woman!
As an instructor, she has created challenging and progressive classes such as Pole Sculpting, Pole Power and Sculpt Intervals, Upper Body Ambush, Pole Inversions,
Pole Power-Flex, and has taught Beginner-Advanced pole dance series. Tammi continually seeks out professional training to expand her existing skills and knowledge, including training with
world-renowned Pantera Blacksmith, and has recently trained under the guidance of IPDFA Instructor of the Year, Jamilla Deville, in Sydney, Australia.
Tammi is certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council of Exercise, and also holds a Discoveries Dance Pole Instructor Certification. She is additionally certified in
Reebok's Jukari Fit to Flex and Jukari Fit to Fly and Turbo Kick. She is now thrilled to unite her passion for ballroom
dance with her commitment to fitness as a founding member of Pittsburgh’s LaBlast team, trained and certified by world dance champion Louis Van Amstel.
Her most recent certification is in CoreBarre. The Art of Smart Movement. A beautifully designed ballet barre workout that helps you sculpt, tone and redifine your full body.
Tammi currently lives in the South Hills with her husband, Robert and their beautiful daughter, Marissa. She challenges every woman to experience the “Power of the Pole” with her, and is proud to be a part of Team Fullbody!

Dana Barone
I must admit my entrance into the world of yoga was thru a back door. I was a “must workout hard” enthusiast who practiced yoga for the "exercise" of it all....until one day I realized that I was getting stronger in ways that had never before seemed possible. My studying included many styles and types of yoga, with different yogis internationally, across the United States, and in Pittsburgh. It was here, in my own backyard, that I attended my first Patvan class. The class was intense, and required a different kind of focus than anything I had previously encountered. I came to recognize the positive effects of consciously facing my fears of being in the air/upside down and intentionally facing the physical challenges of a yoga practice off the mat. The effects have included moving beyond the boundaries of what I thought was possible in my own yoga practice and in my life. I knew that after a 26 year career in the fitness industry, this was something that I needed to share with my family, friends and clients. Who knew that after all of these years it would take me off my mat and into the sky! My wish is to assist you in experiencing the same peace, strength, freedom and stillness in your lives that I am working toward in my own …… one breath at a time. Namaste’

Ashley Yarborough Douglas
Ashley has always loved to dance. At age 14, she began training and competing in jazz, ballet, lyrical, and hip hop. While earning her BS in Communications at Geneva College, she was a member of and co-choreographer for the Geneva College Marching Band Dance Team. Following a serious car accident in 2005, Ashley had to put dancing on hold. It was during her recovery that she found the joy of group fitness classes. In 2007, Ashley began leading group fitness classes and became an AFAA-certified fitness instructor. Her introduction to the Masala Bhangra Workout came shortly after at a fitness convention. Ashley was instantly hooked! The infectious beat of the dhol and the energetic movements stuck with her. When she got home to Pittsburgh, PA and realized there were no Masala Bhangra classes in the area, she decided to pioneer the program in Western PA. She completed multiple trainings with Sarina Jain and started classes in her area. Now a Master Instructor, Ashley travels throughout the country to lead certification workshops and to represent the Masala Bhangra Workout at conventions. Ashley has appeared with Sarina on Good Morning America.
